When you take up a contract with Deva Medical, you will be assigned your own dedicated customer account manager. It is their job to manage your account, assisting with scheduled servicing, pricing analysis, fault histories, queries or concerns, and making sure you receive the high levels of customer service for which Deva Medical is known.
Having worked in the industry for so long, we understand the importance of providing quick response times for faults and repairs. That’s why each and every one of our engineers is manufacturer-trained, DBS-checked and experienced in dealing with all aspects of equipment breakdowns and servicing, making sure the job is dealt with efficiently, and on time. If the equipment can’t be fixed on the day, our engineering and customer service teams will keep you updated on every step, providing timelines of fault rectification.
The contracts and services we provide are fully flexible to meet each customer’s requirements, and assist in extending the life of your equipment. We offer five different preventative maintenance contract types as standard, but these can be amended to suit your needs. In addition we can provide one-off services and fault calls at competitive rates if required.
Deva Medical’s continued growth has seen us continue to work together with high-quality equipment suppliers, and venture further into the various medical industries, offering customers new, fully compliant and innovative equipment for use in their laboratories. Our products range from blood bank fridges, FFP freezers, plasma thawers, centrifuges, pharmacy fridges and incubators.
Deva Medical is ISO 17025 accredited by UKAS to carry out calibration and temperature mapping services.We can provide calibration services onsite, or offsite in our UKAS lab. Temperature mapping is generally carried out over a 24-hour period, but this can be adjusted if required. Laboratory number: 9385.
Having worked closely over the past 20 years with some of the biggest ventilation equipment manufacturers, our engineers and customer service team have the knowledge and know-how to provide services and fault repairs to patients at home on respiratory devices. This includes, but is not limited to, ventilators, bi-levels, cough assists, CPAPs, humidifiers, battery packs and nebulisers.
