Service Contracts

Although modern equipment is designed to be reliable, all equipment benefits from regular preventive maintenance. All our service contracts include this maintenance at the relevant intervals, as well as electrical safety tests.

We offer sizable discounts for multiple pieces of equipment, with the added feature of applying this discount across the number of units on contract, rather than applying the discounts to each department or site.

The contracts detailed below are 'off the shelf' solutions, but we also provide fully-tailored solutions flexible enough to suit individual needs.

'A' Type Contract

Two 6-monthly service visits per annum,
All travelling, labour, and mileage charges included,
All fault calls are included,
All spare parts (excluding consumables) included.

Please note that 'A' Contracts are not available for all equipment types, please contact our Contracts Department to discuss your requirements.

'B' Type Contract

Two 6-monthly service visits per annum,
All travelling, labour, and mileage charges included,
All fault calls are included,
Spare parts are costed extra, less a 15% discount.

'C' Type Contract

Two 6-monthly service visits per annum,
Fault calls are costed extra, and require a seperate order number, but with a 15% discount on our standard rates.
Spare parts are costed extra, less a 15% discount.

'D' Type Contract

Includes one service visit per annum,
Fault calls are costed extra, and require a seperate order number, but with a 10% discount on our standard rates,
Spare parts are costed extra, less a 10% discount.
