Maintenance Contracts

Deva Medical is one of the most established domiciliary ventilation maintenance and repair companies in the UK, and has been providing preventative maintenance contracts to this particular sector for over 35 years.

We provide contracts to NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, primary care centres, Commissioning Support Units, amongst many others.

Our engineers are DBS-checked (so you can be assured of patient safety), and they are all experienced and manufacturer-trained.

In addition to these five, we offer bespoke contracts that fit your personal requirements and needs, and we can also provide electrical safety tests on ventilation accessories. Account Management

Once you’ve taken up a contract with Deva Medical you will be provided with a welcome pack which will detail your respiratory contract account manager, and will also contain the contract information, asset list, and agreements.

Your assigned account manager will stay with you for the duration of the contract, and it is their job to assist with any query you might have (no matter how small), from invoices to services, pricing queries to general feedback. They will also carry out quarterly reviews to keep you updated on developments within Deva Medical, and provide updates with how your contract is coming along.

Out of hours

We understand the importance of having respiratory equipment serviced and repaired within a timely manner, but we also know that not all faults happen during normal working hours. Deva Medical can provide a 24/7 cover for at-risk domiciliary respiratory patients; speak to your account manager today about what out of hours services we can provide to you.
