All VRB Blood Bank Refrigerators are manufactured to comply with the British Standards BS 4376:1991 (Part 1) and with BS 2501:1992.

They also comply with current EC directives and are CE marked to conform to Machinery Directive 98/37/EC, EMC Directive 89/336/EC & 92/31/EC and Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EC & 93/68/EC. Blood Bank Refrigerators are also classed as Medical Devices to conform with directive 93/42/EC.
